A multinational company located in Heliopolis is hiring a Product Manager
Job Description:
Surveying the market channels / segments, introducing our product ranges technically to distributors / project consultants / system integrators / Industrial end users in Egypt
Collecting information about the market potential, project details, business opportunities, competitor’s activities, products and pricing
Co-ordinate thru sales team in updating the market requirements on product / qualification / specification / price positioning, etc..
Communicating the price list to various clients as prepared by the Employer (price negotiation and contract conclusion are excluded);
Developing and implementing an effective brand short- and long-term strategies and operational plans to meet the customer needs and increase in market share
Manage the technical offer to commercial negotiation of projects
Providing regular technical support, guidance and alternative solutions
Approaching end users and project consultants to get the company qualified / specified
Develop and maintain a set of end users / project consultants / public bodies customer base for regular business in the form of maintenance / expansion / retrofit / new project in each specific focus vertical
Qualifications:
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
