Job Description:

• Daily follow-up of external maintenance appointments and technician productivity
• Follow-up to close complaints of the Ministry of Commerce with supervisors and with customer service
• Following up the maintenance tasks of the foreign branches (Dammam - Jeddah - Jazan - Tabuk - Khamis Mushait)
• Direct follow-up with other departments on devices that are performing maintenance
• Submit reports to factories regarding product problems
• Follow up the workshops in the maintenance center on a daily basis and the movement of devices

Qualifications:

• Gender: Male Only
• Years of experience: 4-6 years
• Bachelor Degree: Electricity Engineering
• Experience Background: Maintenance Management
