A multinational company located in Cornish El Nile is hiring a Service Delivery Client Network Associate (Programmer)
Job Description:
- Receive support call requests from Xerox sites & Customers and work on it keeping service matrix guideline.
- Support ACS ‘Archiving & controlling System’ software.
- Note: ACS is the archiving software that Xerox provides archiving services to the customers.
- Develop new software.
- Enhance & Support exist software such as (Scanner capture pro software).
- Support Xerox Egypt DS databases, Servers & PCs..
- Extracting reports.
- Handling customer new requests
- Write technical documentations for new projects.
- Troubleshoots technical issues related to DS department.
- Support networks related to DS department.
- Co-operate with team members to meet team performance plan.
- Study new technologies to keep Xerox meet any new requirements.
- Customer handling & satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A successful proven track record for not less than 2 years gained within an IT/service/customer contact environment
- Solid PC skills with capabilities of report generation through Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge and experience in dealing with external customers - IT environment preferable
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university - (MIS Major).
- 2 - 3 Years experience as a IT technical Support (Programmer/ SW Developer).
- Excellent programming background.
- 1-3 years of experience in Java software development.
- Preferable Certified courses (C#, ASP.net Core 3.0 & MVC, Angular 8.0, SCSS, HTML).
- Full understanding of C# programming language.
- Full understanding of ASP.net core 3.0 & MVC programing language.
- Good understanding Angular 8.0 programming language.
