Job description:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and precedures across the organisation.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Years of experience : 3-5 years
- Computer Skills: excellent in Microsoft Office Suite
- Language Proficiency: excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
