A multinational company located in 5th Settlement is hiring a IT Support Engineer
Job Description :
- Participate in project implementation and able to complete the different technical steps.
- Working closely with the development team to understand the functional changes.
- Provide custom training to clients on-site and via interactive and engaging web-conferencing.
- Perform client support telephonic, email or onsite.
- Knowledge of IT architecture /infrastructure & SDLC practices
- Knowledge on Databases with Production support experience, Specifically MS SQL Server and TSQL
Qualifications :
- Computer Skills:Excellent in MS office suit
- Language Proficiency:Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Years of Experience:1-3 Years
- Experience Background:Technical software support
