Job Description :
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.
- Follow up the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Organizing the manager’s personal commitments.
- Computer Skills:Excellent in MS office suit
- Language Proficiency:Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
