A multinational company located in Dokki is hiring a Procurement & Fleet Administrative Assistant position
Job Description :
- Handle all administration work related to Procurement/Fleet Department
- Handle day to day fleet activities and operations Liaise and coordinate between different stakeholders.
- Archive documentation in accordance with defined policy.
- Ensure best implementation of Fleet polices & procedures, and assist in preparing regular compliance reports.
- Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting Fleet, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members, key stakeholders, business partners and to vendors.
- Support the implementation of regional and global Fleet initiatives including management of local compliance.
- Handle different processes (for ex. Ariba system, payments, purchase process, transfer of ownership).
- Handle the insurance category including accident management, add/remove insurance policies and liaise between the insurance company and the Finance.
- Implement and follow up with the fleet safety program.
- Assist in vendor assessment and evaluation at least on yearly basis
- Responsible for the submission of all fleet data through Global Fleet System on quarterly basis
- Follow up with DDQs
- Assist in providing reports when needed
- Manage invoices and coordinate with Finance team & vendors
- Maintain Fleet data for each car
- Manage the Fleet system
Qualifications :
- University graduate
- 2-5 years of experience as Admin assistant (Fleet background is preferable)
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Ability to operate under pressure, meet tight deadlines and coordinate multiple tasks at the same time.
- Goal-oriented team player with effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent MS office.
- Demonstrated good knowledge of fleet principles
