A Joint venture company located in New Cairo is hiring a General Manager


Job Description :
  • Full P&L responsibility for Egypt.
  • Assure profitable and sustainable business development.
  • Build up local value add meeting the customer needs.
  • Assure coordination with the central departments of the Company's and the shared service providers.
  • Disciplinary responsible of the associates of the legal entity.
  • Responsible of the respect of the compliance principles in Egypt.
  • Planning / Strategy.
  • Hire, train and retain local staff for the different functions: Marketing/Sales and workshop.
  • Set Priorities.
  • Keep Lean structure.
Qualifications :
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales and/or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in Sales and Marketing, international experience.
  • Networked especially within the Egyptian business Environment.
  • Motivation/passion (ability to motivate and lead others)
  • Target oriented
  • Market-Customer orientation
  • Proven communication skills
  • Intercultural and analytical skills (preferred Egyptian culture knowledge)
  • Independent worker
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure
  • Multilingual preferred (must have: Speak English/Arabic, nice to have: German/French)
