A Saudi Arabian company is hiring an IT Business Solutions Manager position in Cairo
Job Description :
- Implement, Develop, Ingrate and Support all business solutions. Initiates and sponsors R&D projects to develop new products or advance existing products
- Prepare proposal & Quotation for customers
- Define and improve software development processes and procedures within the area ensuring that standards and practices are being followed and improved over time

- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Monitors and troubleshoots performance and schedule issues. Responsible for preparing technical specs for the complex requirements
- Provides technical support, and direction to teams and team leaders. Acquires resources necessary to accomplish work on time, solve customer problems and fully meet customer expectations
- Provide leadership, vision, and management to all team members
- Hold departmental meetings to review strategic goals and initiatives, promote team building and work to provide growth paths for staff
- Provide day-to-day supervision, conduct performance appraisals, and delegate work assignments for Business Solution department
Qualifications :
- Minimum of a four year degree from an accredited college or university in computer sciences, and at least five years’ experience in technical operations management and/or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Problem solving skills with ability to apply good judgment identifying risks and recommending solutions
- Eye for detail and identifying problems
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a team
- An understanding of business
- Analytical and commercial experience
- Ability to use one or more development language
- System Administration, Training , Multi-tasking, On-Call
- Expertise in current computer hardware and software
- Very good in English Language
