A multinational company located in 6th of October is hiring a Purchase Planner and Regulatory Coordinator


Job Description :
  • Coordinate the sales product assortment with Marketing, contact the launch managers of the BA for the country assortment and maintain accurate master data in the SAP system
  • Coordinate with finance Re update of transfer prices and applying the correct customs duty on the system and mark ups are all there for all our materials
  • Plan future market demands with sales & Marketing and upload into the defined tool Apo (Excel & Sap)
  • Place purchase orders for direct goods with the required quantities and the required delivery dates through SAP. Coordinate the incoming goods flow, customs clearance, goods receipts and any possible claims related to items ordered and quality issues (temp. excursion). Coordinate with Finance the stock value in order not to exceed the allowed threshold.
  • Monitor the stock value for Instruments and ensure that the timeframe between ordering and capitalization of instruments is not exceeded
  • Coordinate the delivery in regards to the goods movement, the proof of delivery, signed invoices till delivery to collection team etc.
  • Coordinate with Ministry of health the regulatory requirements related to the importation of new instruments or new products or any new requirements for products ‘release
  • Coordinate with Ministry of health the requirements related to the tenders starting from inspection report , pharmaceutical approval , signing the certificate of receipt ,and what ever needed to facilitate the collection process
  • Cordinate with service and sales and 3 pl the instrument delivery starting from site inspection till delivery of instrument
Qualifications :
  • Years of experience: min. 3-5 years
  • Broad knowledge and experience in order handling
  • Demonstrated ability to work with ERP (SAP) functionality
  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logitics or Business Administration
  • Native Arabic speaker / Fluent in English
  • strong ability to coordinate with internal and external partners (Sales Dept., Germany, Switzerland, 3PL, etc.)
