A Joint Venture company located in Al Mokattam is hiring a Product Management Senior Specialist (Female)
Job Description:
- Manage products through their entire lifecycle from the very early stage of idea assessment & selection phase, through development, release/launch then discontinuity, working through the core team to resolve issues and launch mid-life kickers. Respond to sales questions and resolve customer issues.
- Manage product financial performance (P&L) & defining end-to-end customer experience specifications.
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to clients/customers and non-clients/non-customers.
- Quickly assess market opportunities and threats and incorporate the same into Product Vision, Strategy and Principles which culminate in a compelling, motivating narrative for our products team and stakeholders – both internal and external.
- Utilizing Big Data to generate actionable product insights.
- Develop messaging, training, positioning, and other collateral to be used by extended marketing and sales teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university, Engineering or Marketing
- Experience 4-6 years in the same field.
- Female Only.
- 30-35 years old.
- Very good communication & negotiation skills.
- Presentable.
- Very good problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Experience in working against deadlines.
- Previous experience in telecom and/or IT industry.
- UI/UX experience preferably.
- Customer journey experience (CX).
- Previous experience in planning product roadmap.
- Experience in product development from marketing perspective.
- Design of product experience.
