A multinational company located in Ismailia is requesting an Administrator
Job Description :
- Prepares documentation and assists in researching, compiling, proofreading and editing reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondes
- Answers telephone enquiries and deals with both incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the department
- Implements the companys' processes and engages with other team members in continuous improvement of processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintains records/databases/filing systems/archives, in electronic and/or hard copy format.
- Performs general administrative activities and provides back-up support for others in case of sickness/absence/workload.
- Provides general administrative and clerical services on department/program/local Business Unit level.
- Provides financial support on a project level , monitoring budget spend , raising and approving requisitions
- Arrange business critical events
- Coaches , and may have solid line manager responsibility
- Performs, complex administrative activities and takes responsibility for delivering specific department process
- Responsible for different communication tasks within the erea of responsibilty , ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date
- Acts as point of contact for internal and external enquiers by phone and mail , makes judgement about urgency of issues
- Provides confidential support to individual excutives and management team members
- Bachelor Degree: In Commerce or Law or Equivalent
- Experience Background: In Administrative jobs
- Years of Experience: 4-6 Years
- Computer Skills: Excellent in MS office suit
- Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
- Prefer if you are resident in Ismailia or 10th of Ramdan to be close to the project location
