Session one: Assessment Centers; What to Expect Session will be conducted is the below timings*:

Session two: “The Secrets of Managing People; a summary of The One Minute Manager book by Ken Blanchard and Spencer Johnson

During this session you will discover the three quick secrets that can help give you a better management style. As a manager or a team leader you will know how to help people reach their full potential, how to help them set goals, how to give positive feedback and how to express your dissatisfaction.
 
During the session we will address the following:

  • How to give one-minute goal setting.
  • How to give one-minute praising to give positive feedback.
  • How to give one-minute reprimands to express dissatisfaction.
 
Session two: The Secrets of Managing People; a summary of The One Minute Manager book by Ken Blanchard and Spencer Johnson” is repeated in the below timings*:

About the Trainer:
Above sessions will be conducted by Ms. Rania Anwar; Ms. Anwar is a certified assessor from the "Assessment & Development Center Consultants", UK. Ms. Anwar, a graduate of the American University in Cairo with a BA in Business Administration, further proceeded to obtain her M.SC. in Human Resources from the University of Luisville, Kentucky, USA. As a trainer Ms. Anwar is a certified Facilitator from Directive Communication International accredited by the American Institute of Business Psychology. Ms. Anwar’s career has enabled her to gain experiences in fields such as Recruitment, Trainings, Organizing Conferences, Sales, Customer Satisfaction and other areas. Ms. Anwar is currently holding the position of General Manager for Top Business Limited.
