Job Description :
  • acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments. 
  • booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. organizing events and conferences
  • yping, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • miscellaneous tasks to support their manager
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor Degree: Administration or Business 
  • Experience Background:Secretary / Office Management 
  • Years of Experience:4-6
  • Gender:Female
  • Language Proficiency:Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Computer Skills:Excellent in MS office suit
