Job Description:
  • Scheduling appointments and preparing presentation materials
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers/Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Computer Skills : Excellent in MS Office Suit
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Medical Insurance
