A multinational company located in New cairo is hiring a Regional Sales Manager ( in Alexandria )
Job Description :
- Handle & Develop Distributor Sales Team within Alex. Responsible for 2 Main Distributors.
- Responsible for 2 Main channels WS & Retail. Ensure proper roll out and sustain the implementation of Best Practice Tools within the Region.
- Ensure that GT Fundamentals are applied by the distributors & make sure that the four POP drivers are executed in the market.
- Responsible for communicating volume forecasts and leading the execution of the business plans to deliver them Taking a proactive leadership role in selling to customers; anticipating and resolving emerging problems.
- Spend 80% of his time in the market & ensure having an on ground coaching to the distributor sales team.
- Enhance Distributor Sales Team Capability by providing ongoing proper training to them.
- Responsible for achieving the GT Sales target by Channel/Brand/SKU.
- Expand Direct Coverage across Alex according to the existing opportunities.
- Responsible for the Routes development within Alex using the right optimized way of Re-Routing.
- Align the GT Yearly Activity calendar with the Trade Marketing department & ensure that the ROI of each activity is applied in terms of incremental volume.
- From 5 – 7 years experience in General Trade .
- Market Oriented.
- Experience in working within a multi-functional team.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
