Experience Background: Any / preferable if candidate has relevant experience
Computer skills: Good in microsoft office
Language Proficiency: Fluent in French, Good in English and Arabic
Ability to read and write proficiently while multitasking (actively listening to customer and answering questions)
Job Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, technical issues, complaints via email and phone
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Be a Brand Advocate for the client by demonstrating excellent customer service, looking for opportunities to own issues, identify sales leads and retain customers
