Position Summary:
Medical Representative will support the Company's achieving commercial goals and help the Company's customers to fully understand & utilize the clinical benefits/impact of the Company's technology & products.
The Medical Representative will be involved directly with sales team of distributors of the Company's business unit to develop pre and post sales strategies to support new launched products & boost the Company's Assays’ consumption with new and existing customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures company strategies are correctly & efficiently executed.
- Maintains education and training activities for clinicians, infection control team, nurses, pharmacists and other supporting clinical staff on the clinical impact of the Company's products & results.
- Establishes strong network with clinicians, HODs (e.g. ICU, Infection Control, ID , ED , OB/GYN , Oncology ) and develop advocates of key opinion leaders & influencers in healthcare institutions.
- Maintains the Company's Customers’ database updated, works on support existing and expanding future database.
- Creates business opportunities with new and existing customers, creating qualified business leads.
- Supports the Company's products’ launch in the field, trade shows/conferences.
- Coordinates, leads and formulates clinical case studies with KOLs
- Supports Laboratory Departments in implementing the Company's technology in their facilities.
- Conducts the Company's technology demonstration, products evaluation, troubleshooting and application requirements in relation to the products performance.
- Provides educating & training channel partners’ field force on available Sales & Marketing tools to effectively promote & strategically position of the Company's products.
- Keeps up to date with the latest clinical data generated / shared by the Company. Interprets, presents and discusses this data with healthcare professionals during congresses, exhibitions & meetings.
- Maintains solid knowledge about international (WHO, GLI, CDC, NHS) & national/regional guidelines & protocols’ developments in the healthcare services anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting the Company's strategy accordingly.
Minimum Requierments:
- Bachelor’s degree (or similar field scientifically trained) or Clinical Pharmacist or Physician.
- +3 years’ experience in Middle East healthcare market knowledge.
Knowledge and skills:
- Basic: Strong knowledge in Microbiology, Molecular biology & Infectious Diseases.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent Selling and negotiation skills.
- Clinical & Lab experience is a plus.
- English & Arabic Fluency.
