Job Description :
  • Accomplishes sales objectives by recruiting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
  • Achieves sales operational objectives by recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
  • Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions and delivering on commitments
  • Determines annual plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; competition and demand
  • Owns the Working Capital Investments and ensures zero Bad Debts and zero Stock write offs. Also needs to ensure that Investments in Inventories and Receivables are maintained at Optimal levels in a manner such that the Returnon Investments is delivered by Principal in line with agreements with Senior Managements
  • Maintains a healthy rapport with key accounts and major Wholesalers by making regular visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Remains accountable to share and submit the Sales KPI’s and other MIS to Senior Management and Principals as per agreed timelines
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Qualifications :
  • Ideally a Graduate with an MBA degree from a recognized B School with fluency in Arabic and English
  • 7/10 Years work Experience of which last 3/5 Years in a similar leadership position. While experience in Pharmaceuticals would be preferred however this would not be a limiting factor for the right candidate
