The key task is to organize the safe and efficient arrival of products, and to ensure that products are satisfied correctly.
Logistics responsibilities:
Organizing shipments through:

• Preparing paperwork and submission of importation plans of the year.
• Preparing paperwork and submission of prices to the competent authority.
• Preparing paperwork and submission of import permit to authorities for each shipment arrive to Egypt .
• Follow up with the broker the clearance of shipments till transfer to our LSP.
• Follow up with central lab for evaluation of veterinary biologicals to support all the needed to obtain satisfactory results of our vaccines.
• Handling the movement of the results from the CLEVB to veterinary quarantine in Cairo airport .
• Follow up with veterinary quarantine in Cairo airport till get Release.
• Join MOA inspectors and arrange all their movements during the inspection of every vaccine shipment
• Liaise with EPX which handle pharmaceutical products release for every pharmaceutical product .
• Insure with the regulatory team the presence of valid GMP AND Ref St. to minimize the time of release .
